Super Summer Donation from Wilson!

As we saw the 10th Anniversary of Africa Tennis Aid helping to provide tennis donations to underprivileged youths and communities in the Third World - Wilson Europe once again showed their support by offering to donate 80 brand new rackets to the cause!

Since 2007, the charitable non-profit has helped a great number of latent talented African youths in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda aswell as St Lucia in the Caribbean who have benefited greatly from thousands of pounds worth of donations from Wilson, tennis clubs and individuals in the UK and abroad.

Tennis donations of rackets, balls, equipment, shoes, clothing and even books have been distributed to communities mainly in Ghana who lack resources for tennis and learning opportunities, enabling them to look forward to a brighter future or strive for empowerment and self improvement through sport.

Wilson and Amer Sports of Munich, Germany have supported the campaign for improving mass participation of tennis in Africa throughout the years by generous donations of brand new adult and junior rackets which will be shipped to young Ghanaians Mass Participation Project in the Rising Stars of Africa Programme and to players at the University of Ghana in Legon.
