University of Ghana runs Post-Lockdown Tennis Summer Camp!

FINALLY! as COVID Restrictions lift after A YEAR AND A HALF! in Ghana, tennis coach Philip Gbedife delivered a summer tennis camp for 30 - 40 Ghanaian youngsters at the University of Ghana's two new tennis courts. Before the 2020 Covid-19 virus pandemic forcing countries across the world to temporarily close down sporting activities, Philip, a former junior player at the National Sports College, Winneba, was finally able to reawaken tennis at the Universities new tennis ground by using generous tennis donations sent from Head Coach Max Ferreira and members of Rise Tennis Academy Shanghai, China.

14 pairs of shoes

50 yellow balls

50 green balls

2 ball basket

2 jumping ladders

1 set of hurdles

cones and markers

1 jumping rope

2 mini nets
