Happy Retirement, Tom! and Spring Donations

Happy Retirement, Tom! After over 40 years in the sports retail business, Tom Goodliffe is hanging up his manager hat of Cheam Sports, Surrey which he has run as an independent sports shop in the heart of Cheam Village since the 1980s.

Tom, has always been a loyal supporter of Africa Tennis Aid and has gladly donated sports clothing from the shop over the years and acted as a donations point for unwanted rackets and sports equipment for locals to drop off to go to underprivileged communities all across Africa.

With mega sports chains now swamping high streets, Tom's knowledge of everything tennis and sports related will be dearly missed in his homely, independent store that saw the sports-loving community visiting for racket restringing, new tennis balls, grips and talk everything sports!

Before saying goodbye, Tom gave one last donation of girls sports top, sports bras and LP water bottles to aid women and girls accessing sport across Africa. Thank you, Tom and we will miss you!

Tom lastly donated Sports Bras (not dodgy 80's VHS) and Rucanor Sports tops for Women and Girls in Africa

A bonus donation of water bottles to keep players hydrated on court and 20 brand-new packaged athletic socks donated by Tech software companies Portworx, Suse, Root and Komodor
